East Coast

The East Coast is very rough, it is not the place that people go to swim, it is completely opposite to the West Coast.  The scenery along that coast is beautiful, with big rocks that have been eroded for thousands of years or more and smaller rocks that make a unique sound when the waves roll over them.

The East Coast is great to photograph as a view from the hills, where you can see the whole of the East Coast or up close with uniquely shaped rocks, shells, crabs and different types of plants.

Cattlewash beach is a long beach that stretches for miles.  Here you will find round rock with a bench on top.  (I have no idea how someone got a bench up there).  If you are very adventurous, you can climb round rock but it would be difficult with a camera if you do not have a back pack and I only recommend it is you are a seasoned rock climber.

You may also find fishing boats in some areas of the East Coast.

As with my recommendation for Bathsheba, if you go onto the beach, keep your camera covered until you need to pull it out and watch your lens, it will get salty very quickly.  Clean it will liquid cleaner if possible so that you do not damage your lens.

Pools at Bathsheba are nice for relaxing, looking for shells or small fish.
